Year 2 Parents and Carers BYOD Information Session


Thornton Public School has been implementing a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) program since 2016. BYOD currently runs in all our Year 3 to Year 6 classrooms. To assist in preparing our current Year 2 students into BYOD we will be running an information session for parents and carers. The session will provide information around:

 

- The history of BYOD at Thornton Public School;

- Device requirements & accessories;

- Safe storage of devices at school;

- Apps, updates and charging devices; and

- Internet safety at school.

 

The information session will take place on 25 November 2020 at 4pm. More information will be made available closer to the date.
